With over 30 years of experience in all aspects of construction, and a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying, Lou Hack has been responsible for multitudinous types of projects from residential high-rise condominiums, hotels and convention centres to industrial and commercial projects. Lou excels in value engineering, scheduling, conceptual estimating and construction management. His previous experience managing design build projects has left him with a keen appreciation of this process. Lou assumes primary responsibility for the overall management of all construction activities and oversees all aspects of pricing, estimating and construction cost control.
Pat Sena has over 15 years of experience in residential high-rise and low-rise construction. As an Engineering Consultant for two years, he specialized in the quality control of building envelope systems and the preparation of Technical Audit reports. Pat has also worked as a Project Superintendent supervising all aspects of site management including earthworks, building structure and envelope, and interior building finishes. For the past seven years, Pat has taken a lead role as a Project Manager overseeing the scheduling, pricing and construction management of projects. Pat is a graduate of the University of Toronto, with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering. He is also a designated Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.
