Our Construction Management Projects

We manage to put all of the pieces together.

Pre-Construction Management Services

Pre-Construction Management Services

Value Engineering, Design Development, Permitting

We work with the Design Team to provide value engineering and cost-effective design alternatives throughout the design and permit process. Our objective is to assist the consultants in preparing working drawings that are detailed enough to allow construction to proceed without incurring unforeseen costs at a later date.

Construction Management Services

Construction Management Services

Tendering, Awarding and Administering Trade Contracts, Manage Construction

Each Bluescape project is staffed with an experienced construction team to oversee all aspects of construction. We will manage every project to ensure that our clients are provided with a successful project, built on schedule, on budget and of top quality.

Post-Construction Management Services

Post-Construction Management Services

Full-service post-construction management team

We ensure a seamless turnover of all project closeout documentation, co-ordinate all necessary training of building systems for the appropriate parties, and enforce, manage and supervise all trade contract warranties as it pertains to TARION warranty periods and Technical Performance Audits.

Building Information Modelling (BIM)

Utilizing 3D Building Models to Efficiently Manage Construction

Bluescape has the project staff with the required knowledge and capability to engage and implement the wide variety of BIM processes, in both the pre-construction and construction phases. During pre-construction, Bluescape will actively collaborate and engage with the Consultants in clash-detection and resolution, to complement the objective of preparing accurate working and construction drawings. During construction, Project Managers and site staff are equipped with the necessary hardware and software to access BIM platforms ‘in the field’, thus extending the use of the 3D Model and increasing site staff’s efficiency.

Health, Safety and Environment is the foundation for every project at Bluescape.

We have employed a strict Zero-Injury Workplace mandate as we strive to set the industry standard for safety in our industry. We are committed to maintaining a Zero-Injury Workplace as we recognize all our employees and workers have the right to a safe and healthy work environment.

Upon the start of any project, Bluescape employs its safety policies with a detailed site-specific Healthy, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) plan:

  • Hazard identification and control
  • Emergency response plans
  • Education and training requirements

Active involvement of Safety specialists on each project ensures that corporate objectives and standards are achieved, and that project safety is tailored to the specific attributes and hazards associated with the project. Our Health and Safety Management is directed by Smart Safety Solutions, dedicated to ensuring that all Bluescape staff, contractors and owners are able to work confidently and excel in a safe and controlled environment.

In partnership with Sylaris, we track HSE statistics along with all mandatory training programs of all our workers. With the use of this industry leading system we are able to ensure all personnel are up-to-date with their mandatory training, including Health Canada’s Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System, Emergency First Aid; Fall Arrest, etc.

Bluescape has successfully constructed several high-rise projects that have been certified for LEED© Gold compliance. We are able to meet the most stringent guidelines on any project.
